@MojangSupport I was playing Bedrock on my Xbox and it was keep on freezing, crashing and etc even though I have good internet. Maybe a bug? Please fix this.

Is there anything specific that you are doing when the game crashes, or just randomly? To ensure there are no corrupt files, try disabling any texture packs or mods if you have them, and if that doesn't help, let us know if reinstalling the game helps with this issue. ^AM

Randomly. I barely have any texture packs, and I only have 5 worlds. It mostly crashes when the home screen, if you don't know what I am talking about its the place where you could access the marketplace and more. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Minecraft, couldn't.
