@MojangSupport @MicrosoftHelps help my minecraft account dissapeared and when i try to reeenter it crashes (mobile)

It sounds like a couple of different issues. Can you explain in a bit more detail what you mean by your account disappeared? We need just a bit more information to figure out if it's a log in issue or if the crashing is the bigger issue. ^AM

I joined Minecraft and noticed my account would not load. I tried to enter, but my game kept crashing, and once i managed to enter, it instantly disconnected. When i tried logging in after that, the login page could not load and i didn't have any other option to log in.
