@MojangSupport can’t preview dressing room items to buy? I’m on PS5 playing the ps4 version is their a fix or something I can do?

That doesn't look right! Can you try restarting the game and restarting your console? Let us know if you're still seeing this grey box! ^FF

I as well on xbox is getting that same grey box i cant access my already bought items to reinstall them

I did that and it worked for me
