I filled out your form and have gotten no email response. I've tried to reset my forgotten password, and also have received no email... Are you going to actually help me, or did my aunt waste $50 on two copies of your game that we can no longer access...

No, I told you, I didn't receive ANYTHING. Nothing about the two accounts I'm trying to recover, and nothing for trying to reset the password on my own account

It sounds like the ticket was perhaps submitted with the inaccessible email? If you haven't already, be sure to submit the email you'd like us to respond to in the "Your Email Address/Confirm Email Address" fields. It can be different from the account mail. ^AM

It sounds like you dont really read anything I say. I submitted the ticket with MY email and nothing. While also submitting a password reset for MY account from the SAME email. I sure as hell get your receipts for Realms, so I sure as shit know you have my email address

Unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do on our end to assist you if you're not getting a ticket number. If you're not getting a ticket number you'll need to try again. ^TK
