Ope, that doesn't look like one of our ticket numbers. It should be 7-digits and currently start with a 4, they look like #4567890. By any chance did you receive a response from a chat bot or chat agent instead of an email? If so, we may need to have you submit an email. ^AM

I just checked and Google Play actually refunded my purchase! I'll try purchasing the minecoins again but this time on xbox instead of mobile. Thank you for the help anyways!
