I have already contacted them. They don't want to help me because I don't have my transaction ID (who can retrieve a ten years old transaction ID? ). I just have my login and my password. Can you help me please ?

You should still be able to be helped even without your transaction ID as we have other means to verify., Please continue working with the Agent and they should be able to help. ^BT

Please find the answer of your support team. As I said, I just have my login and my password, that's all. This migration is an excuse to delete old accounts like mine.... even if we were the first to support this project when minecraft was released in beta version 😡 !

I can prove that I am the holder of this account by other means (such as screenshots, etc..). But the answers I receive from the support do not want to consider these evidences. That's crazy
