So now, @Minecraft has tanken my money TWICE and still no realm.... no nothing. I'm so fucking pissed. And the only way to get ahold of them is website no phone number this is so frustrating. @MojangSupport

What you're describing usually means the charge failed. If the charge shows as "pending" the funds being held temporarily should be returned to you within 30 days. Did you receive a Transaction ID for any of the charges by chance? ^AM

I did by 1 but not the other. So I have to wait 30 days to get my money back and try again. That's bullish.

I filled out one of these at the beginning of the day and been waiting and still nothing. Wish I could call ya'lls to just cancel the realm and give me the money back. 😒

A Realms agent can assist you with that in your ticket, as we don't have the ability to do that via Social. If you received a ticket #, you can provide that for us so we can look into it and make sure your ticket was received! It should look like #4567891 ^AM

I got an automated reply. This morning about it. Dude your system sucks for money issues should be a quick response and by a real person cause now I gotta reply to get another automated message. What kinda shit show are ya'lls running? Like this is horrible service.
