I'm not sure what you mean by the page of the ticket. Do you mean the link we sent you in the ticket email sends you to a page that doesn't work or the ticket itself? You can reply directly to the email and your helper will be able to assist! ^AM

That's right that's what I mean, the page doesn't exist after I open the link! But from Minecraft Support has replied to my email and the problem has been resolved. Thanks so much for the help @MojangSupport‼️
