Why does Bedrock run like hot garbage nowadays? More than 2-3 items on the ground causes a slideshow. Frames hitch wildly from 20-150. It鈥檚 just a total mess. RTX 3070 gets an easy 400+ on Java with texture/shader packs. @Minecraft @MojangSupport

I'm not a developer so I can only try and assist you to make it run smoother. Have you changed any settings, added any packs, or have any background programs that may be hindering your experience? ^TK

Nope. Have tried: - Un/reinstalling. - With/without texture packs. - Fiddling with NVIDIA settings. - Reinstalling GFX drivers. Performance on Realms is demonstrably worse too. Even fresh worlds. These performance issues are exclusive to Bedrock.

Try also going to Video Settings and experimenting with the performance settings there, turning render distance down, and things like screen animations, view bobbing, fancy graphics to "off." Also double-check your native monitor settings that the correct Hz is being used. ^AM

Yep. All things that I've tried. Have also tried running in windowed and fullscreen, as well as force-disabling vsync via the NVIDIA control panel. As I noted before, this system, with hi-res texture packs and shaders, outputs 300+ fps on Java. Bedrock just completely tanks.
