Oi, boa noite. meu celular antigo foi roubado, onde a minha conta Microsoft estava. Então estou faz um bom tempo tentando recuperar a minha conta, mas tudo o que consigo do jogo é uma mensagem dizendo que ela já está logada em outro dispositivo. como resolvo?

oi, boa noite. eu novamente, perdão, mas teria algum outro suporte? pois meu problema é com a minha conta mesmo, o dispositivo que eu uso é um PS4 e nessa conta microsoft que eu jogava nele, diz que não tem nenhum dispositivo registrado nela.
