@MojangSupport @Minecraft Hello guys, can i get help with Vanilla cape, uh... I've had both minecrafts Java and Bedrock before 6th June of 2022, Bedrock version was before migration and i'm also sure they're on same account :(

Problem occurs! Support said that i'm NOT eligible (lol what?) but as i said, i had both copies before...

If the account team took a look and saw that you're not eligible there is nothing that we're able to do. I can look at the ticket number if you provide it but I likely will not be able to change the outcome. ^TK
