@MojangSupport hi there I'm on the Xbox edition and I just bought a texture pack I was very pleased to play with but as you can see something went wrong...? What can I do?

If it doesn't act like this with the texture pack I would suggest removing it and reaching out to the creator of the pack. If it's Mojang who made it you can send us a ticket. aka.ms/Minecraft-Support ^TK
