@MojangSupport hello, my friend and I are trying to join our world but when I try to join him there is an infinity loading screen that only ends if I do cancel. When my friend is trying to join me it says „timed out“ or sometimes „no connection to the world“ (german screenshots)

Are you playing on a WiFi or a Hardwire connection? Do you also have any background programs running or overlays? ^TK

I play on Hardwire and my friend plays on a wifi oh and I forgot we are playing on the PlayStation 4 I change my to wifi and it didn’t work too we testet so much but nothing worked like from another account, from another network, we restartet the game several times nothing helped
