Hey @MojangSupport On my Nintendo Switch I have an account(It was my main Minecraft Account) where I cant get in because of Black screen and then crash since almost 2 Years. Do you know any Methode to Fix this Problem?

Let's give this a try! If you could, can you try reducing your save data size? If you have old Marketplace content you are currently not using or old worlds that you no longer play on, you can remove these from your storage. Having too much can cause crashing. ^BT

@MojangSupport Thanks for your fast writing back, but the Problem is that I cant get into Minecraft because when I load the game theres just blackscreen and when I wait like 15 minutes, the game just crashes. Not even the Normal loading screen can be seen.
