Do you get an error message when trying to access the marketplace? If so, please provide a screenshot and I'd be able to proceed from there. ^BT

Thanks for the response. In answer to your your question, yes there is an error code. It reads L-401. Unfortunately, I can not provide a screenshot at this time.
