@MojangSupport Last june, my Microsoft account got stolen. They also changed the email and removed my phone number. Meaning I could not ask for a password reset either. Other than my lost java account, this was also linked to my PSN account, and now I can't link a different one.

The link between PSN and Microsoft is permanent, sorry to say! If you need help with recovering your Microsoft account, you'll need to reach out to their support. ^BT

I literally CANNOT get that account back. It's been 3+ months and over 15 different support chats. My email, phone number (and 2FA) got removed from it. I have basically run out of options. There is no good reason as to why you shouldn't be able to link a new Microsoft account.
