@MojangSupport What's the deal here? I porches the java edition over a year ago and It's not letting me play without downloading something extra? Then when I get this resolved I turn around and somehow I can't use my own User Name?

- Luach threw the X-box link and I tried typing in my user name but it keep's telling me the name's already taken... Which it should go by my logged in email address so I could be the only and i mean ONLY one to use that name. But instead it tell's me the name's taken....

Yeah I can't fill out this form cause I can't find my Purchase ID

You shouldn't need your Transaction ID in order to fill out the form! You just need to fill out the parts that have the ( * ) next to them. ^BT
