@MojangSupport Help, I bought Minecraft Java and Bedrock a week ago and today i tried to play but it said "We were unable to verify what products you own. Please check your internet connection."
It won't let me play, it'll just say "play demo".
What do I do??

Make sure your Launcher, MS Store, and Xbox Companion app are logged into the same Microsoft account and let us know if you still have issues as we may need to get you escalated up to a team member who can provide more detailed guidance! ^AM
