Hey @MojangSupport! 🙋‍♂️ I am unable to log into my @PlayStation #Minecraft. I keep getting this screen and am not signed in anywhere else on PSN. Help? #NoMultiplayerBlues

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account. ^TK

Thanks but this doesn’t help me out. I can see my name above Steve, but it won’t sign in. (See below) please provide directions on how to unlink as it’s not in the game menu. Thanks!

Good morning - I have sent in a few of these and keep getting a very generic response. I am aware that my Microsoft account is linked to my PSN. I want that to happen. It continues to not let me sign in (see pics above) for multiplayer, realms, etc. there are no unlink options.
