@MojangSupport hey their question for about 3 weeks my Minecraft game has been incredibly laggy. Any world I get into to the point I’m freezing in the air and idk how to fix it . I’m on ps4 I’ve checked my Wi-Fi and it’s not that all my other online games work perfectly fine?

Try switching to a hardwire connection instead of WiFi if possible, as this can help mitigate some connection issues you're facing. You may also try reinstalling the game, but pls back-up your single-player worlds before doing so. More on this here: bit.ly/3CWHxhF. ^FF
