@MojangSupport i need help, i got signed out of my launcher and it says my account no longer exists. I remember moving to Microsoft and it says my account no longer exists on either platform.

It's possible that you're logging into an account that doesn't have a game license. Please doublecheck you're logging into the right Microsoft account! ^BT

I bought the game back in 2016 im pretty sure, i even have proof of the gmail i received for migration and owning the migrators cape.

The issue is the account is no longer recognised as an account and that i have never even considered deleting my account so something is up if you want i can send the proof in a direct message.

It seems like an issue with microsoft's account system seems as the launcher thinks my account doesnt exist in fact every microsoft login does the same. But why did my account just randomly cease to exist?
