It may be that your graphics card is not supported by that version. Please try updating your graphics card drivers and making sure your launcher and game are updated to the latest version. ^AM

If updating your video drivers hasn't helped, it could be that your device does not meet the minimum requirements to run the latest version of Minecraft: Java Edition. Please check if your device meets these requirements or not here: bit.ly/3Jws612. ^FF

It really should not be the problem. my RTX 2080 TI, amd ryzen 9 x3900 and 32 gigs should really be enough. And yes, I have already deleted all local files of minecraft and reinstalled it. Did not work. 1.19.2 works though. 1.8.9 does not.
