@MicrosoftHelps @MojangSupport Soo tell me, which one of you has the ability to change the email associated with a Minecraft account? I've talked and emailed with both of your help desks and you both point me to the other one. I don't appreciate this run around. 😡

If your account was migrated or purchased after December 2020, then you'll need to reach out to Microsoft Support. If it's a Mojang account, then we'd be happy to help! ^BT

This account was purchased in 2014. It takes work to reach someone at Microsoft. I've talked to them multiple times. They keep telling me to fill out a form to get the email that has completely been hacked back. That email is gone. So there goes our minecraft account.
