@MojangSupport We can’t replace our realm world after renewing it everytime it says error and we can’t play the world we’re on Xbox series x on bedrock 1.19 help fix realms

Does this account for the issue where I can’t replace the world with other backups or worlds and it’s an error?

This happens when we try to replace the current world on the realm with a new one of backup happens everytime anything you guys can do?

My friend already filled out one of those a few days ago he’s the one who’s having the problem he owns the realm

Glad to hear that he was able to make a ticket! I'd suggest having him work with Technical Support from now and they should help get things squared away. ^BT
