@MojangSupport @Minecraft how do i find a human to talk to? My world i’ve had for years is beyond messed up and i don’t know what to do at this point to get it back

my world stopped being able to load and would freeze so i reset my minecraft data since it’s saved to the cloud and when trying to resync it says it’s unable to. I was able to get the world back loading it through minecraft preview so it’s not corrupt at all
