@MojangSupport @Minecraft how do i find a human to talk to? My world i鈥檝e had for years is beyond messed up and i don鈥檛 know what to do at this point to get it back

my world stopped being able to load and would freeze so i reset my minecraft data since it鈥檚 saved to the cloud and when trying to resync it says it鈥檚 unable to. I was able to get the world back loading it through minecraft preview so it鈥檚 not corrupt at all
