@MojangSupport the update for console (xbox) doesn't work, the update just doesn't progress and then I can't cancel the update, please find out what could be wrong here (I have tons of storage so thats not the problem)

Restarting your console may push the update along, make sure you do not uninstall so you do not lose your data. Try switching to hardwire if you are on wifi to ensure a stable connection, and let us know if you're still running into issues! ^AM

It updated but now all my worlds are gone and my skins and the game just says I don't have enough storage even though I have 2 Terabytes od storage on my Xbox

Do you have a lot of Marketplace content and so on, on your Xbox? I would also sign out of your Microsoft Account and then sign back in to see if the Worlds show back up. ^TK
