@MojangSupport I’ve been gaming for three decades and this is the first time I’ve ever come across a bug that prevents me from playing the game because the “select” button doesn’t work in the main menu. Would be nice if I had access to the game I paid for. #Minecraft

What troubleshooting steps have you tried and are you getting any errors? ^TK

I have uninstalled/reinstalled, updated my controller, used a different controller, and hard reset my Xbox.

@MojangSupport I have heard nothing in a couple of days. How has this bug been allowed to persist? It’s not some visual glitch. I’m literally locked out of my game and patience is running out.

I submitted a bug and was informed that it was a duplicate report because this has has already been reported… on October 9. Those affected by this have been unable to play the game at all for over a month. Unacceptable. Will there be compensation for this?
