@MojangSupport can you tell me what’s up with the Full Of Life Texture Pack on ps5 ? i just bought it, can’t even open anything without my game crashing. i feel like i spent my money on something i can’t even play.

Is this only happening with this texture pack? If so, then you'll need to reach out to the Marketplace partner who owns that pack to get support. You can search for the pack at minecraft.net/en-us/catalog, then go to "See More by: Author Name" and then "Get in touch." ^FF
