@MojangSupport @Microsoft I created my Minecraft account in July of 2012 and have had the same username and password. Now, because of the forced migration... I cannot play Minecraft as it automatically logs me out. The Minecraft website won’t let me manage my account anymore

I don’t have a transaction ID. I bought a Minecraft Premium account card 10 years ago from Walmart or something and set up my username and password that have been the same. Now my username and password that I have been using for 10 years no longer works, and I’ve gotten no help

If you no longer have your Transaction ID, our helpers may still be able to assist you with alternative verification. If you haven't submitted a ticket already, we suggest doing so and letting them know the situation so they can assist. ^AM
