.@Minecraft @MojangSupport I鈥檝e had a world for years and the last time I played it was back in march on my Xbox One S and also on my pc. I tried playing again a few days ago on my Xbox Series S, I have two saves of the world and neither will sync. 1/2

Are you seeing any specific error messages when you try accessing your world? Let us know what you're seeing, and what troubleshooting steps you've tried so far, if any. ^FF

This is the error message that comes up. I鈥檝e just logged in now(on Xbox series S) and both saves of the world is gone

It may be that the world became corrupted or something else could have taken place. Either way, we're not able to restore the World unfortunatley. ^TK
