@MojangSupport is there an issue with the minecraft servers. This is the same whichever server we pick.

Ensure you have plenty of space on your device by clearing out any old worlds or unused save data. To rule out connection issues, try switching to hardwire if you're using WiFi. Let us know what other troubleshooting you've tried and let us know if you're still having issues! ^AM

Removed all worlds and all but a couple of texture packs. Hardwired the network and no change. Really need to sort this. As an only child my son relies on this and he鈥檚 been in pieces all day.

Well I have just tried the nuclear option and uninstalled the program. Just reinstalling. 馃馃徎
