Well, where’s the fix for the vanished game? I still don’t have the full game in my account after I did the migration back in April…

It's possible that you're logging into an account that doesn't have a game license. Please make sure you're logging in using the right Gamertag and you should be able to access the game. Also, try checking out this FAQ to see if it helps: bit.ly/3cluzz3 ^BT

First off, I’m using the account I migrated to and was forced to change my gamer tag when I did. I have tried to get a solution for this for ages, but I’m just being sent back and forth between you and Microsoft… I don’t have any options left to try.

Unfortunately, if you have sent a ticket up to our support team and Microsoft and they can not assist you then there is nothing we're able to do on our end. They would be the ones to help you with your account through a ticket. ^TK
