@MojangSupport just renewed our realm and my card was charged but I still can’t join the realm. Bedrock. Y’all seriously need an annual subscription.

Xbox, it’s working now. I had to sign in on my phone(mc game) - apple iOS and renew my subscription. I paid for it twice but I will get a refund from apple. On Xbox it kept saying I have an existing subscription. If it happens again I’ll take pics of the error and send it in.
