@MojangSupport My wife and I can't join each other's games on minecraft dungeons. Are the servers having problems?

Unfortunately we still cannot join each other's games. We are on xbox one. Going to try and reinstall.

It will not let me submit the form. Everytime I type my email it tells me it's an invalid email address and won't let me submit. What do I do then?
