@MojangSupport since the update, 1.16.2, Minecraft Dungeons on Xbox continuously connects and disconnects from the Mojang server to the point that online play is impossible. I can't do the Tower or any seasonal trials. Have tried router reset and game reinstall.

Are you seeing an error when attempting to connect? Let us know what it says, and you may also need to update the privacy/safety settings in your Xbox Live account to enable online play or multiplayer. Check out this FAQ for steps on that: bit.ly/3zjgZ6W ^AM

No error messages. Minecraft API connection will say "not connected." it works sometimes and then will disconnect again. No issues with other games playing online
