@MojangSupport My wife and I can't join each other's games on minecraft dungeons. Are the servers having problems?

Unfortunately we still cannot join each other's games. We are on xbox one. Going to try and reinstall.

We tried Uninstalling and it is still not working. I don't know if it's xbox or what but we were playing earlier yesterday.
