Hey, me and my friend keep getting “unable to connect to world” message. We followed the help articles and nothing worked. We’re not from the same country is there any region block ? Nothing seems to be working, we’re thinking of refunding the game if there is no fix. Help!

Are you both playing on Java Edition or on Bedrock? You'll both need to be on the same version of the game in order to play together. Also, is this a Realm that you're trying to connect to? If so, try changing the world slot but be sure to back up your world first. ^FF

We’re both playing on an iphone. So I assume its bedrock. Both have latest updates. and its not a realm. I created a normal world with multiplayer toggled on.
