@MojangSupport @dungeonsgame Getting this error consistently when trying to cross-play with other players (Switch and PC).

Can you let us know what troubleshooting steps you've tried so far? If you haven't yet, try power-cycling your router and making sure the game and your devices are all up to date. Let us know what else you've tried! ^FF

Hey, thanks for responding! I have tried all the above and more including re-installing the game on both devices. Also disabled VPNs (which were in-use earlier with no issues).

I’m having the same problem with Xbox. I’ve restarted the router and I’ve done the same for the console still hasn’t fixed it.
