@MojangSupport spent over 1 hour trying to get Minecraft load on my dau Xbox One S. Either stuck on a black screen or stuck on the Mojang logo….

Is your Xbox One S on hardwire by any chance? If not, can you plug it up and see if that makes any difference? If not, i'll send you over to our tech team for further assistance. ^TK

We gave up last night. We cannot hard wire it in. Tonight it took 30 minutes to get to the Minecraft logo loading screen and it is still loading. What a joke!
