@MojangSupport the realm that am on some player are having problem of staying on they log in then few second adter they get kick what could do to fix that

They are able to join a creative realm but the survival not at all

As well the people that trying to join that they are all on ps4 and ps5 they join then get kick but still can play on creative but survival not at all what can the realm owner do
