@MojangSupport My daughter is trying to buy something in the Marketplace. She enters her MS PIN, and then gets a "waiting" icon that just spins and spins. We trying restarting the game and using "aka.ms/familyverify". Nothing.

Is the issue with accessing the Marketplace itself, or is the issue with trying to purchase an item from the Marketplace? What device are you playing on, and is it only happening with one specific Marketplace pack? Please let us know! ^FF

I fixed it: remove minecraft + launcher, clear MS store cache, MS diag tool, repair Store, download latest launcher, reinstall Minecraft. Thank you for getting back to me!
