It looks like you've signed into the wrong Microsoft account, and the account you logged into is not linked to your PSN. If this Gamertag is unfamiliar to you, it may've been set automatically when your Microsoft account was set up if you have not used Xbox's services before. ^FF

I own it under an account that I don’t use any more, is there any way to transfer from one PSN to another?

I know it says absolutely not but I didn’t set it up in the first place

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account. ^AM
