@MojangSupport I didn't receive the vanilla cape. I have Java and bedrock! Why I didn't get it?

If you're eligible for the Vanilla cape, please be patient. They'll be going out throughout the whole season. Check out our Vanilla Cape FAQ which has further info on eligibility: bit.ly/3cyNyGL.

But l use a physical gift card with a diamond pickaxe picture on it. Does this qualify? It's not written in it.

If you tied to the same account as your Java Account it should and if you meeting all qualifications in the faq provided previously. ^TK
