@MojangSupport so idek when its been awhile but whenever the forceful switching of from mojang to microsoft came out my account got glitched and i cant play either games now when i try to open it, it says my account doesnt own it. back when i tried to redeem the code it just kept

We did read what you said and we stated if you're not able to access the game, though you owned it on an account, you likely are logging in with the wrong credentials. ^TK
