@MojangSupport please I need your help! Cannot get in touch with @PlayStationUK regarding this issue. My other half is trying to connect her Microsoft account to Minecraft after switching from ps4 to ps5, looking online this is a common issue which has still not been fixed!

Yep, you'd need help with the Microsoft account itself and that'll need to be looked by them. ^BT
