@MojangSupport i would like to migrate a legacy Mojang account that doesn't own a copy of java edition to a Microsoft account that does have a copy of both java and windows 10 edition.
would i be able to do it?

Unfortunately, you won't be able to transfer a blank legacy Mojang Account over to an account that already owns Java and Windows 10 Edition. ^TK
