@MojangSupport hiya. We get this message now and we have only owned one PS4 so why has this stopped working. I have tried every Microsoft account we have. Help. Very upset 11 yr old?

Looks like you've logged in using the wrong Microsoft account. The account you tried to log in to is not linked to your PSN account. Please try any other Microsoft account you may have used in the past. If you're unable to log in, you may need to reach out to their Support. ^BT
