Hello @MojangSupport, I'm trying to log on my account I've made back of when the game was in Beta, and even after resetting three time my password I can't log on. I played it again around 2016 and it was still working, did you closed all old accounts or something?

And what if I've lost my mail with the transaction ID and don't exactly remember my Gamertag?

No worries, we have other ways of verifying! The transaction ID just helps speed the process along, but our Support team should still be able to help. ^BT

when i'm asked to secure my account with a security code, the email never shows up in my email account
