@MojangSupport What is happening to the skins? I have full access to internet, the launcher loads, I start the game but I ALWAYS spawn as Steve, this happened before but it used to be fixable by changing something in the skin customization to off and then back to on ...

Are you playing offline, by chance? You'll either have the "Steve" or "Alex" skin with offline play. One of the two skins is also shown when you don't have a connection to the skin servers. Which default skin that you get random based on your account ID and can't be changed. ^FF
